Students need to be paying attention on classroom instruction without the distractions of cell phones. While cell phones are very convenient and a common part of everyday life, cell phones, for the most part, are a entertainment everywhere. Have you ever been on a bus or plane and somebody is carrying on a loud personal conversation? At a school, the distraction may be even greater than in a public place. For many teachers one of the biggest concerns about including cell phones in schools is that they will be used improperly.It is very necessary to ban the use of cell phone in school to make a healthy and suitable atmosphere.

Student can use text message for cheating in tests. Students are not able to give full attention to the lesson. If a student cell phone rings in class, it totally disrupts the class for a considerable period of time. Many cell phones are also camera phones. Camera phones present a of invasion of privacy in the schools. One of the best ways we can protect the privacy of every student is to ban cell phones from school during the school day.

I don’t really understand why some parents are so adamant about being able to contact their kids at school at a moment’s notice. Teachers have a difficult job as it is. They don’t need to be dealing with kids having cell phones going off, secretly messaging each other, going on the Internet, and taking photos and video not to mention the possibilities for cheating.

I really think that by me reaching this topic i really think that they should let students bring cell phones but they shouldn't use it until break or lunch. i think that some parents think that too. but this reach help me a lot and if i could change this rule i would say they can have them at school it's just that they can't use it till they go to break or lunch. and i could ask the administrator to change this rule i would. why when students get their cell phones taken the parents have to come get them? Teacher want the parents to come pick the cell phone up so that the parents should know they their child got their phone tooken.

i think that cell phones should be allowed at schools. Cell phones should be allowed when the student is using his or her calculator to solve an equation. Cell phones should also be allowed when a student needs to copy down an assignment. Like an agenda book for example. Students does not always look through their agenda books, but a student is always looking through their cell phones. The student should be allowed to use their cell phones to stay organized. I pods can keep a student on track in class, but only for certain activities. Electronic devices are not just used for entertainment; they’re also used for educational purposes.

My topic is about cell phones being banded from schools.I think that students should be able to have their cell phones with them at all times. What if something happen with someone in your family and your mama need to be able to reach you how are she going to reach you when you can't have your cell phone in school or if you do have them at school you would have to turn them off. Some parents would like to be able to keep in touch with their child to see did they make to where they were going or did someone take them. Parents are very protected about their child and would like to know everything their child is doing. And some students would like to know if something happen in their family.

What i want to know about Cellphones
There are five things that i would like to know about my topic:
1. why do students have to turn off their cellphone in school?

What i already know about cellphones
what i already know about my topic is that you can't have cellphone on in school. if a teacher see you with your cellphone out they would have to take them and the student can not get it back until your parents come get them. if your parent no come get it you would have to wait til the end of the school year.

The story my topic choice
It was a Monday, Morning i was going to my 2 block class when someone call my name. I look back to see who it was. I then saw that it was Mrs.Donaldson. So when I turn around and went where she was she was telling me how we can't have cellphones out. while she was telling me I started looking around and see everybody looking at me. Then she ask me ''to put my cellphone away'' as I'm looking around at everybody looking at me putting it into my bag. I then hurry up put it in my bag and then look at Mrs. Donaldson she said that she was telling me before another teacher saw it and took it.
